PEKSIMETI

My friend Mirela from Bosnia shared this recipe with me... and of course, I have to pass it on to you all! Sounds too good!
I will give it a go myself and update the blog with American measurements....

Mirela says:
This is traditional Bosnian recipe and I usally make it for breakfast! Maybe you can try it too:) It is called PEKSIMETI:





























600-700 gr flour
150 gr sour cream
200 gr yogurt
2 eggs
baking powder

Mix all ingredients together in a soft dough, roll it out and cut like
shown on the photo and fry in deep oil. Eat with sour cream, cheese...marmalade...and don't forget to jog after breakfast!!
